Confusion in Rankings

When i search on google for my keyword, i see my site ranking at 2nd position.
But when i did the search on Free SERP Checker | SERPrush, it said my site didn't rank in the first five pages.
What is happening here?!

    No need to worry. Tools are just seeking out. I also suffered from those type of problems before one year. Check manually, it would be better than tools.

    The idea of Incognito is really good. Also you can try deleting the history, cookies and then try again.

    My money is on personalized results. Launch a private / incognito browsing session, and you should see the correct result.

    No tool can be more accurate than manual checking so here i draw two conclusion either your said tool is broken OR there are data center mismatch

    I thought it worked that it averages at a certain ranking. Like if google webmaster or any tool sais you rank at number 5 on average it will displayed on average around there? Not 100% sure but I think this can be assumed?
