Need Help With Ads On Website!

Hello warriors!

I'm new to this forum, and rather new to the whole internet business thingy

My internet rampage started about 4 months ago when I heard about clickbank and affiliate marketing... Well all that I can say is Adwords + clickbank does not equal being rich in 30 days as most products on websites promise!

About three months ago I started with websites. My hobby is martial arts, so I started a martial art website, with lots of quality and original content, and adding more articles every week. Search engines screwed me over and over again by sending me 20 visitors a day, although my articles were some of the best on the internet, and all of my pages are SEO optimized. I don't have many links, 'cause I hate link building, so I think that's the problem with the few visitors I get every day.

I discovered a new source of traffic, and now I get about 400 visitors a day.

Ok, my problem. Adsense ads relating to martial arts pays very little. I usually get $0.07 per click. At that rate with a CTR of 2% I can't make any decent money! What other alternatives for adsense are there? What do you guys use? Today I added some clickbank ads, was that a good idea? Is my ads well structured and optimized? I'm not supposed to post links because I'm new, so my website adres is : MartialArtsHeadquarters.net

I would appreciate any help from you guys, for I'm working my but off but don't seem to get anywhere.

If anyone can also help with my search engine problem please give me some advice.

    I'm assuming your "new source of traffic" is your web ring. That's your problem right there. Web rings are death to your website.

    I'm going to keep your user handy and I'll PM you sooner or later. I'm in the MA industry also, but not competing with you... maybe we can work together on some stuff. I'll get in touch with you soon.

      Nope web ring doesn't bring me a single visitor, I just thought it was handy for a few extra links... Should I remove it?

      I'm actually getting my visitors from P2P programs like kazaa

      If you have the cash you know you have to pay more for higher clicks or maybe you should use key words with less than 100,ooo.

      I personally like the solid leads with knowledge about the industry. They call me, which is a plus.

    Moderator, can you please delete the line in my post where I state what my CTR in adsense is? Somebody told me that it's against google's terms to publicly announce your CTR for some reason, and that they can suspend or even delete your account.
