      You can not apply more then one Account for Google Adsense. If you have a active Adsense account and then if you apply again for another then Google may banned your both account.
      So, No need to open another adsense Account.

      And this is for you kind information that, you can place adsense Ads code on your thousands of website.
      Please keep in your mind that never put adsense ads on any Pornography site, Website with copy contents, Don;t click on your ads, never invite some one to click on your ads and don't try to increase page impression illegally.

      If you follow the rules above then your adsense account will be fine.

    You don't need to reapply, but don't add Adsense until a month or two after your blog has been set up.

    Congrats! I can totally understand your excitement. I don't know why, but when I applied for adsense, they told me i already have an approved account with another emaill address, which i don't own.

    I reapllied many times, but each time they will just send a reject email due to duplicate accounts. Took me a really long while to settle the problem. Fortunely you will not get banned for reapplying.

    You can use the codes for all websites you own, but make sure they have quality unique content, and no dubious niches of course. Make sure to read their rules. There are a few funny rules that you need to know, like no more than 3 content units on any page.
