Back links / Anchor Text questions

Someone please enlighten me on how to get on descent PR sites relevant or not to my niche with the anchor text I want. I've tried starting out with blog comments to build relationships with the blog owners. (DIDN'T WORK) I've tried submitting articles to ezine articles only to wait a week and get shot down. I've had ONE SEO who owned a huge network of high rated blogs that would let me choose my anchor text BUT----- I CAN'T AFFORD A GRAND A MONTH. For 6 pages per month. It was working okay. Yeah I know links aren't EVERYTHING but I need some from some high pr sites or at least a few from some low PR sites. I can do press releases and get 3 anchor text but I have to pay someone to write the press release then pay PRWEB 22 bucks. I've tried to build a couple Louisiana Plantation Web 2.0 sites and Seo nuke tier 2 and 3 links. But seems like that has little effect. SO SEO MASTERS .... TEACH YOUR HUMBLE SERVANT.

    Fire up the email & start asking same niche webmasters for links, even If you have to exchange links.

    Be picky & target the higher PR links with relevant pages & fewer outbound links.

    Repeat with similar keywords that your targeting...

    If you can't get exact anchor-text backlinks, use a URL pointing at an internal page.

    Example: http://domain.com/keyword
    If that doesn't work simply point the link at the Index page.

    Example: http://domain.com
    Better than nothing, especially coming from a relevant backlink page.

    Press Releases ain't gonna help you much. Try to do Guest posting on your relevant niche blogs. Creating a relationship on those websites will help your site gain some authority and Pagerank.

    From your post it seems you don't have experience in backlinks and you can't afford to spend the dollar.

    you can only do things yourself or pay someone else to do it for you.

    you said ezinearticle shot you down, that's because you submitted poor content. in this case you have to hire a professional writer in your niche to write interesting and high quality articles that'll be accepted.

    my suggestion is that you either take your time learn how to build quality links or hire and pay expert in the field to do the job for you.

      Whoooaaa.... I didn't know how inexperienced and Broke I was ..

      In the case of EZINE I did hire writers 3 times and all times was shot down. Granted I didn't pay 50 dollars per 100 words but I did what I though was a right move. It's not I don't know how to build "any" links .. Just trying to figure out how I can get access to high PR blogs or sites and submit an article or short story about my business and get the "Anchor Text" I want. Listen ... I'm not lazy and IM WILLING TO LISTEN AND LEARN... Just asking for advice. That's All.
