Need Help ! SEO for Poems blog

Just starting a blog on Poems (Personal), and it seems the SEO idea and tactics needs a different approach.
Rite now m using Yoast SEO plugin and had done some tweaking on it.

My 1st Questions.

1. Since the keyword will be on the Categories (e.g Love Poems), so m keeping the categories indexed and follow and the tags to No-Index ..Is my setting OK.?
(I felt doubt, coz most says both noindex.):confused:

My 2nd Questions.

2. You can see that on writing Poems type post it's title are usually not SEO friendly and it shouldn't be either. Poems title are meant only for the Readers, Approaching lines and words..
So, i decided to add SEO friendly title on the Plugins given "SEO TITLE" !
Will that helps me and my Post ?
Or, do i have to make the original title also seo freindly with no any other option..?

Plzzz, Need A HELP....Guys.. :confused:

    The reason people recommend that categories and tags be set to noindex is that by allowing engines to index them, you run the risk of having duplicate content.

    It would be ok to make your titles seo friendly if your post titles are not however make sure that your page and post titles are descriptive of the content that is in the post. If you are targeting keywords on each post, make sure those show up in the page titles and copy as well.

    You could find a WP theme that allows custom content on the Category page, then use the Category page as a short Bio. (unique text) with keyword anchor-text links pointing at the individual poems/Post.

    Hi,
    Doing SEO is not a Big task , In Fact Now days everyone is promoting their own website, Just by getting little knowledge on SEO and depth knowledge of their business.

    If you will use your high traffic keywords in their prominence places like in Title, Meta Description including H1 and Poem then their is more chances to come up on top of SERP.
    You have to optimize your poem too to get correct density of keywords and URL of Categories can also work if they consist keywords.

    1. There is no need to put noindex meta tag...
    2. I would advise you to write your own titles and description. Try to make a bit SEO friendly. I am certainly not in the favor of using plugins or tools for content creation.
