Hi,

I am having a newly registered website up recently and just place my Google Ads up yesterday, but the ads does not showing up. I suspect this is due to the previous domain owner being banned from Google AdSense program and I did mention in the form before I hit submit. The following is what they replied to me almost immediately and I guess they don't even read my comment. The previous owner was violation of AdSense programme policies and get notification, but how can I retrieve the message to previous owner? Can anyone please advise?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Google AdSense.

We understand that ads are not appearing on your site.

According to our records, ad serving was disabled to your site because the
site was in violation of AdSense programme policies. We sent you a
notification about this, but if you don't recall receiving it, please try
the following steps:

1. Check the inbox of each email address associated with your account.
2. Try searching your inbox for emails from "adsense-noreply-uk@google.com"
or "adsense-uk@google.com".
3. Check your email account's spam filter to make sure the email wasn't
mistakenly flagged as spam.

If you have the notification, please read it carefully to determine if ad
serving can be re-enabled, and if so, what changes need to be made to be in
compliance with our policies. Once you've made the appropriate changes to
your site, you can request a review of your updated site at
https://www.google.com/adsense/suppo...olation_appeal.

We also suggest that you take the time to review our programme policies (
https://www.google.com/adsense/policies ) to ensure that all your other
pages are in compliance. We appreciate your understanding.

    Banned
That's defiantly a canned response, looks like they're screening complaints.
