Are their highest ranking links the ones that assumably give the most link juice?
How is this determined?

    I would not pay any attention to Ahrefs ranking system. It is pretty lousy.

        SpyGlass at least gives you the PR of the page and number of putting outgoing links. That is a good place to start. I import the links from ahrefs into SpyGlass.
