How do you find your clients

Hi,
This is a question for SEO professionals here. I would like to provide SEO service. At the moment I help a web designing company with their seo projects and has been able to help their clients to top listing on Google for competitive niche and keywords. Since the company do not have too many seo projects I do not get steady flow of work. What I want to know is how do you people find work is it through advertising or some other means. Please let me know.

    95% of my work comes from word of mouth and personal recommendations.. just do a good job for your existing clients and they will tell others.

    Also try on some outsourcing sites like rentacoder, guru, elance etc. Although you might not get much money out of it, but it still counts and may b you are able to find some local business there as well.

      I try these places, its too over crowded, and I feel new comers don't have a chance.
