I have used some coders I know to launch my new site

I think it is simple to use and well laid out but we didnt put too much thought into the SEO architecture.

I am wondering if within the individual posts, there may be any improvements I can make to gain better ranking?

    Your article pages only link to profile pages, you need to point internal links at relevant internal pages. I only looked at 1 article page, I guess the rest of the pages are similar.
