      Nothing. I was just having a problem getting new sub-pages of one site indexed that should have been indexed almost immediately (PR6 with 2,000+ domains linking to it), so I put it in WMT and did the "Fetch/Submit to Index" thing and it was indexed the next morning.

      Then, of course, I got to thinking...hmmm...why did I do that...

        Impatience kills good SEO mate. having a PR6 does NOT mean that all the pages have to be indexed immediately.

    It should be OK if you use different Google Webmaster Tools for each domain, and clear cache and cookies before creating each WMT account and checking each account.
