Anyone half decent at SEO should know that you have to have a process that you can follow repeatedly, time after time, in order to achieve predictable good results without risking a Google slap.
Is anyone willing to detail their own personal SEO blueprint here for all to see and discuss?
If a number of active SEO experts all contribute it will help us all to develop a more powerful SEO blueprint as we take the best bits of our practices and amalgamate them.
It will also stimulate a great debate amongst us SEOs about what the best practices are in 2013.

Sure. I grow my PBN and I use my PBN to link to money sites. That's my "blue print". Notice that Fiverr isn't in there?

Just got back from a #BrightonSEO. I was given room 404 in the hotel I stayed at. Couldn’t find it anywhere!

    What I do is....
If a site is new, I submit it to the country specific directory and niche specific directories including Dmoz.
The next step would be updating fresh content on the pages of the site. This will help the site get some authority.
Then You can share the pages through social media like Facebook, G+, Twitter, StumbleUpon, Digg, etc.
Also getting links from relevant forums can help, but the forums shouldn't be spammy.
The next thing would be Guest Posting on relevant niche sites which will help you get some targeted traffic as well as increase authority of your website.
