How Much is my Domain Worth?

Hello I have a domain name topseoproviders.com and I am planning of selling it... Since I don't do any SEO services anymore. Its almost a 2 year old domain name by July...

Any idea how much it would worth? Its already PR 1 domain too.

    There is nothing there. No existing business. Nothing.

    It's worth about $10, the cost of registering the domain.

    supply and demand... there might be someone who desperately needs that domain but probably not.

    it is pr1 so a bit more than domain registration I guess.

    That isn't worth much at all.

    Exact match domains are holding less weight in terms of seo and domain age doesnt matter as much as most people think. Its all in the pagerank in my opinion when buying domains.

    PR1 is hardly worth anything, although if you have some decent seo related backlinks it will push the value up.

    $25 is what i would pay. Just remember that everyone values domains differently.

      Just like you said, everyone values domains differently and I value mine more than $25, its been years on my hand, and these is the first time I thought of selling it.

    The people like me here will hesitate to buy it even on the registration cost because they don't need it . If someone is going to start an SEO services website, then you can charge them good for your domain as your domain contains valuable keywords.

      Well, before my website has contents and its PR 0 already, all information with SEO and we use quality link backs to TopseoProviders.com thats why I guess it become PR 1 and suddenly when Typhoon sendong hits Philippines (I forgot its international name) then my office was affected and all of our working equipments was destroyed because of the flood.

      So after that I lost hope and Just recently I get back online but I focus on WordPress services which I love... And my team members before had gone through their own ways of getting their jobs.
