You might want to look at SEO Hosting - SEO Web Hosting with cPanel and Multiple Class C IP Addresses

They are part of Hostgator....we've used them for over 10 months now and they are fantastic!

Not badly priced either. Plus the customer support & security team are top notch!

Forgetting about the risks to a private network if you use an SEO host, you can actually get a bunch of shared hosting accounts for far cheaper than what they charge.

Yep go to webhostingtalk scroll down and check the offers section under shared hosting and you will find ton loads of them. Many will have more than one datacenter which means you can order in both which will ensure you get separate Class C Ips. the busier ones will provision new IPs so as your network grows you an reorder from some of them an get unique class c IPs every few months also.

I agree with Mike too. Buy a bunch of cheap shared hosting accounts from different hosting providers - there are literally hundreds of companies offering accounts in $1-$3 range and many of them would include unlimited domain addons within this price too.

Brand mentions and exposure on reputed news and online media sites. WSO here.

I searched these companies and I found only one so cheap. I noticed that the monthly cycle almost all hosting companies require between $ 5 - $ 7.

In this case it is more profitable to go on shared seohosting .

I'm still looking but I do not think I will find

You are not looking very hard then.

Go to WebHostingTalk.com. Scroll down to Web hosting offers and select shared hosting.

I'm not paying more than $2-3 per IP for any of my sites.

The only concern that i have is nameservers. Also i think to buy 5 shared hosting plans for 5 different providers. What do you think about that?

PS - Thanks to all for the answers!
