      lololol

On a side note. I partnered up with a friend who owns a corporate credit company and my site does fairly well. Not much traffic, maybe 50 uniques a day, but it's profitable.

Of course not everyone can do what I did because I've known the CEO for a while. I went to college with him and lived with him for a couple years lol.

But he wanted help with SEO and IM so I decided to take that over for him and now I make commission

          For who?

I don't get you people. But, I guess spam sells, and lots of
          people are buying.

What on earth does this list have to do with thinking about a niche?

If you need this list, for ideas on what to create a website about,
man, you people are exactly the kind that google wants to get rid
          of.

You people also have no idea what the relationship between
adwords and adsense is, let alone CPC on the content network.

I keep looking at the calendar. Still says 2013 on my end. Yours?

Let's team up Yukon. I know we can do a fantastic site on cord blood!
(...busy checking EMD's.....) I am salivating at the cash that will
soon be rolling in! Don't be a hater cuz I thought of this first!

Inspiration can come from any number of places, even a list such as this. It is what you do with that inspiration that counts.

One of my best days with AdSense was with a $0.14 click. Made about $250 with those clicks in one day. So high priced clicks isn't everything. I had over 14,000 visitors to my site that day.

I could use some more of those days right now.

    • I just spent a $1,000 on a chord blood kit for my newborn son ($1,000 is very cheap. Many people spend close to $3,000). It is a very profitable niche because parents will do anything for their kid's health.

Indeed, and I bet you'd spend $100,000 more if you could.

Just got back from a #BrightonSEO. I was given room 404 in the hotel I stayed at. Couldn’t find it anywhere!

A good friend of mine spent about $8k on his cord blood solution for his daughter. I say solution bc Im not medically trained but you get the gist.

There are all sorts of upsells involved with something like that. You can go in thinking "I need X" and then the doctors tell you other options and like they said earlier in the thread, if its your child, youd spend another 100k if you could.

ROTFLMAO! Gas and electricity need to use adwords?

Sure enough. Did a search for electricity.
Not a single ad. Go figure.

But it all adds up, doesn't it? Some chap reads
this list. Makes a site on electricity. Does not make
      a dime. Blames google. Fail.

If people only knew that the cost of a click is immaterial,
they may get somewhere. My main point. As far as inspiration,
who, pray tell, but MFA people are going to need a list for
inspiration on creating a website? I most assuredly do not
      need a list like that.

Very well said Paul...I really am 'inspired' by your last (bold) lines.

Serious money-makers do not need lists, they need creative ideas and a good plan to bring cash. As far as the MFAs are concerned, there are always many lists available on the internet...(I wonder what ever happened to Mesothelioma---most expensive adword keyword???)
