Google Sandbox Help..

Hey everyone.
I was just going over my traffic stats and found that none of my traffic is coming as a result of keyword research for my main keywords. This was a PR4 site on first page of Google for its keywords up until last month.

So I made threw all the Google updated until all of a sudden my site is not PR 4 anymore and I did a check and found that I am in a sandbox for my keywords.

Can any give me some suggestions on how to get out of this Google sandbox?

    try to update content, make quality links and wait...
    There were too many discussions about google penguin/panda updates. Try read about this.

    Search for website networks by Analytics, Adsense, Clickbank, Amazon, AddThis, IP, email.

    Go through your backlinks. Evaluate the poor links, disavow them. A good starting point is ahrefs.com
