RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. This works like bookmarking but you do not have to bookmark all your new links since when you submit your link to RSS sites, you will be given a channel for all your "feeds".

Review posting is just something that sites do when they receive link submissions from website owners. Review is needed because they want to maintain their site reputation in terms of quality. So they need to review all links submitted (and check if it is quality link and not spam) before they publish the links to their site.

RSS submission helps in linkbuilding because RSS also focuses in content syndication, which search engines love to index. And also, RSS feeds are found to be indexed quickly.

RSS is a format for delivering regularly changing we content. RSS allows you to easily stay informed by retrieving the latest content from the sites you are intersted in. RSS can break you free from that cycle of either over-checking or under finding content by delivering the content to you as it is published.

RSS is a standard format for syndicating content on the Internet. The content can be anything! Often information contained in an RSS feed is syndicated on other sites which expands its reach.

Website visitors love RSS because they choose which feeds they wish to subscribe to, if at any point they are unhapy with the content contained in the RSS feed they simply unsubscribe and no longer receive notification of feed updates.

RSS is really a win, win for both subscribers and publishers.

In order to get a better understanding of how RSS works download an RSS reader or use a web aggregator and subscribe to an RSS feed (they are usually indicated by a small orange icon).

I have a few questions about rss feeds. I wanted to know if I have to have a web site to have my own rss feed or can I just have a feed by itself? Also, if I can have an rss feed of my own with out having my own web site ( url,DOTcom/info ect...) where could I get it from?

I have several questions but that would be the first.
