Zup WF dudes,

I have a site that is ranked number 2 for a high value keyword. I have been trying to get the top spot for the last month but I am failing. The first spot is occupied by a web 2.0 that has over 100 000 links. Most of the links are of a spam nature.

I was wondering whether it will be uncool to report this guy to the Web 2.0 site or even Google. Do you think it is wrong to do that? Will you do it?

I am feeling it is the sissy way out

This is my 666 post (evil)... buhahahahaha

Just ask yourself a question. Would other people report you if they couldn't beat you? You now have your answer.

Just got back from a #BrightonSEO. I was given room 404 in the hotel I stayed at. Couldn’t find it anywhere!

If they are cheating the search engines with spammy links and spam methods report.

Internet marketing and competing is pretty rough...I had youtube videos that was making constantly $30 per day (very long time)... However, lately I saw a "new" video that had appeared right on the second spot.. Few days later, my youtube video was deleted and I got informed that someone was complaining about my videos.. So I quickly figured out, who it did and bashed the other video as well..

And about the OP, it depends how ethic you are..

I suggest you not to do it, it is a tough competition and everyone fights with what they know and got.

If you're SEO is better than his, then you should outrank him on the long run!
