I need help on adding alt tags

Hi guys!

I'm thinking of adding alt tags to the images but I'm not sure what to write.

These images are profile pictures of our candidates: http://www.remotestaff.com.au/

Any suggestions?

Use something like Name - Title, eg:

Alt tags only rerquire in those Images which has text with them.
