Giving adwords vouchers for free?

Just curious if it's against their rules or not.
Let's say i get every month 100$ adwords voucher from one company, but i don't use adwords anymore and i don't need these coupons. So i decided to give these coupons for free on my website.

Can it be safe while using adsense on your website? I mean can i get in trouble with adsense, because i give these vouchers for free? I know i'm not supposed to sell these, but if i give these for free, should there be a problem anyways?

Any ideas?

      I have used one(1) free adsense voucher on one adsense site,
      due to google constantly sending me one and telling me to
      do so.

      Using adwords and adsense is not a problem IF done right.

      However, you bring up an interesting point about the transferring
      of vouchers. Some companies have some sort of personalization
      with them, I believe. I could be wrong. It would certainly be
      logical for google to put some type of control on them.

      Many people here get other vouchers that are certainly
      readily usable by anyone.

      Just check to see whether there are any restrictions on it.

      I got one from a hosting company once, and it had my domain
      printed on it. Did not use it, but now I am thinking maybe there
      is some double check going on.

      It would be interesting to hear from an adwords voucher broker
      what they think.

      I think google has some type of personalization on vouchers they
      send adsense users.

    I don't see a problem with it. People sell em on fiverr so I'm sure it's okay.

      Yes, but fiverr don't have adsense on their website and what i ask in here, can i get in trouble with my adsense account if i give some adwords vouchers for free on my website.
