My site has disappeared -help!

Hi,
I assist in running an e-commerce site which was ranking very well on Google even after the panda update. We were ranking at position 3 then all of a sudden it started to take a tumble.
I have checked the links to the site and the report shows some banned links and we have approached the relevant sites to have them remove the links. Some have gone but it still shows some on there. After getting no response from some of the site owners we decided to use the 'google link devour' tool.
Originally we did have a re-direct from another one of our sites which we removed.
Any help would be very much appreciated or if someone could point me in the right direction to get this resolved.
