HI,

I just wanna ask some few things:

a) Does anyone here still using softwares like senuke or magic submitter etc..? (after panda and penguin) Ofcourse I do not go with 'mass Submission' .. In my opinion what I feel is: If we do correctly with softwares, it will be benefitted for us.. what you say..?

b) Do you think Google can know whether we're using softwares or not for submissions..?

C) Can I copy one article from ezinearticles.com and submit it as it is in other article directories of Senuke/magic submitter ? and I keep my link at the end of the article.... Do u think it works...? pls suggest me?

Awaiting your replies...

Thanks!

    A) Yes if you don't spam like 1000 backlinks in a day. Keep it low, around 10+ links per day if you are just starting out, and it will be helpful, though you can manually do it at that kind of of quantity.

    B) Google probably can't tell it directly, but it can easily detect weird trends (eg. having only directory backlinks, getting 1000 backlink a day) that shows that you just blasted with a software. Of course, if you use softwares properly that it looks steady and natural, they probably can't tell.

    C) Absoutely NOT. It's blatant copying. Not only will your SEO get thrashed by Google, you may even receive DMCA warning emails and charges for copyright infringement. If you want to use ezine's articles with your own link, at the very least, rewrite the article into something unique enough to not get flagged for duplicate content.

      Hey,

Thanks a lot for your opinions...

BUT for your answer C) how does it called as a 'Copied Content'? Iam not copying ezine content into my site, instead its just copied into other directories.. Even we do the same thing, we just take one article from our site and submit it in all directories.. In the same way iam too doing BUT with ezine content in other directories... (and ofcourse I keep releveant niche backlink only to that article).. In short, i can say its a bit called 'Syndication'...

      So, what u say now..?

Well to help clarify, if you take an ezine article, and submit to other directories or even republish on your own blog without editing (keeping all of the original writer's links), then yes it's allowed.

The big problem is you're adding your own link at the end of the article, which I do believe is what you meant in your first post. That is not allowed as it infringes the writer's copyrights.

And yes, this is indeed article syndication. Thing is you are not allowed to add your own links. You must repbulish as is, which is clearly quite meaningless in this case.

          Hey,

thanks for your quick reply again..

I got another doubt from your answer.. You said 'writers copyrights'.. How does one person can identify that it is me who copied and submitted in other directories? Even if they try to contact me using my website email address, why the hell I would agree that it is me who done that syndication? (I would say that it is NOT done by me (no matters my website link will be there in all those directories,,)

          a) Because of 'writers copyright' , does all those articles gets deleted from those directories (if owner gives a complaint in all those directories? )

          b) Does owners really check whether someone really copied from their ezine directory? will U reallly? if YES, how much % will people check that?

Above are just my doubts to clearup myself! (pls do not think me wrong )

If you added your link, people can check your WhoIs details, check your contact information and any other source of clues. Ok, so if you deny and there's no evidence that you are the one who posted, they'd normally contact the directories instead.

            a) So yes they will get deleted. Normally the directories will receive some copyright infringement email either from the owner or DMCA, and will be forced to take it down. They will usually do it as they risk their web or domain host closing their account should the complaint reach their web or domain hosts. Yeah, it does render all your efforts futile eventually.

            b) I check occasionally for the fun of it, and I do find my content plagiarized at some sites and kindly remind the site owner to remove it. Haha, yes the whole infringement does sound pretty extreme and unlikely that owners will keep checking, but it does happen.

Just rewrite one little article yourself or hire a writer to get it done, and you can syndicate it with your links for all you want to save yourself that risk. It's indeed a low chance, so if you really want to risk it, I'm in no position to stop you either. So, good luck!

Well, top noche software like SENuke is great and they know what they do. I mean that they will adjust the software to comply with panda updates. Regarding the use of an article inside a website that is wirtten by someone else , if you give credit to the owner and a link back to his or her home page, should not be any problems

    Hey guys,

quality seo tools like Senuke can still KICK major BUTT in the search engines.

But you need to use it correctly and moderately.

Don't go spamming your money site with 2,000 links in one day. And make sure you diversify your keywords, or you'll get popped by big G, eventually if you don't.

Use products like Senuke to create backlinks to your 2nd tier links, not directly to your money site.

It works, I've got a few niche sites on the first page of Google in the #1 spots using this exact strategy.

    Thanks a lot evilsaigon!

Last one query for you: Instead of copying from ezinearticles directory... what if I copy an article from other non-popular directory and I will do syndication...

As far as I believe, people from ezine may check how their article got syndicated BUT I dont think it would happen the same case with other non-popular directories..

Sometimes I love to do funny things BUT before I do, I just wanna make clear everything and then if I feel that its NO harm much, then I do, otherwise I wont..

Technically, the copyright issue applies to any content on the web, so unfortunately, the same goes for any less popular directories.

However, there is one exception to this, and that is PLR content. I hope you can understand what I mean haha.
