I have a wp site & have got indexed about 80 articles on my this site. What are the ways & means to have high cpc & competitive adsense ads on my site for these articles.

    Hi Yukon, My other thread was about : "Are not my site's cpc rates ridiculously low?" In that thread I did not ask about ways & means to how to get high cpc & competitive adsense ads on my site for the already published & indexed articles. In other words when you have already got niche & keywords fixed then what are the alternative means & ways to increase cpc.

    Any thoughts on increasing the cps rate for a given theme and keywords.

    Or is it so that once you have set up a site in your chosen theme and published the articles with your keywords, you have no means to increase the cpc rates (in other words you have no control over cpc rates thereafter)

    I believe that the more targeted your posts are around a topic, the more targeted the Adsense displayed will be. So it stands that because Adsense pays more for certain phrases, then you should target those phrases. But don't spam your post with that phrase, obviously.

    It always comes down to quality and relevancy.

    Also page layout impacts on conversion rates. Certain layouts convert better due to the reader's eye movements across the page. Learn about F shaped reading patterns, for example. Ad blocks near videos sometimes work okay. Also making the ads blend into the content works too. But you should follow G's guidelines, obviously.
