RANKING GONE!!

Hey guys,

Can any SEO expert here tell me why all my keywords disappeared from Google search all of a sudden? Some of my keyword's ranking were on 1st and 2nd page for quite some time(more than 2 months), but today when I checked my ranking they all were gone from starting 10 pages. What could be the reason? :confused: Thanks.

    The same thing happened to me this week.


    For the past 7 years I made sure to only produce unique content and ranked very high for my niche keywords.......then Wednesday, it was all gone in the blink of an eye.

      One thing to ask for sure is the anchor text profile of your backlinks.

      Do you have majority of your links branded or keyword focused???

    Penguin was release but probably they will not confirm anymore because the system have a issue - they release Penguin once at 3-4 month [don't work to do this more fast because SERPS have no time to chill out]- so if you make right now a site and spam them with 10k different domain backlinks you will get first page very quick. If you are in insurance affiliate or health product in 3 month will make tones of money.

    I believe that the reason that they will stop to announce Penguin.

    use site explorer to check your backlinks.. you may be over optimized for your keywords, too many links to your main domain compared to your inner pages.

    Not enough link diversity? could be multiple things. use site explorer to check these..

      Seems like an algorithm change. I had a similar experience when G rolled out their EMD penalty back at the end of Sept. The site that I was working on was a few months old with only a few backlinks, and it was built on an aged domain. Overnight it literally sank without trace. Sigh.

    There may be two reasons.
    1. Latest Google algorithm update
    2. You competitors might have tried hard to rank their websites on top and your website might have dropped.

    Impossible to say what the reason is with no information available. Perhaps you're link profile is too spammy or maybe there are some onpage issue's. Could be anything really.

    ive had the same.. my backlinks are definately not spammy. Ive dropped ranking on 2 of my sites.. Damn YOU GOOGLE!!!

    No body can't excat things, it may be due to low quality backlinks or links from irrelevant sites.

    As adikoprcike mentioned above, it's likely you're either over optimised on your Keywords and not enough backlinks on your domain / brand, or you might have received a warning notice in your Google webmaster account about dodgy links to your site.
