    All the spam links I see point to Blogger profiles that aren't even set to display as public pages.

    Example:
    • Filipina Dating Online
    • hxxp://www.blogger.com/profile/14729518027775861791

    What's the point of dropping the keyword stuffed anchor-text on a useless link?

    Maybe those blogger accounts are banned & that's a default blogger page? I'm pretty sure in the past I've seen blogger profile pages that said the account was suspended.

      Well spammers are often not the most intelligent of "marketers", or are inanimate bot scripts. But I agree that I can't find much of a reason to use exact anchor text to a blogger profile with no outgoing links.
