want to start a video blog can I use adsense

Hi,
I am looking to start a video where I will posting lots of videos which are created by me, and I want to use adsense on this blog, but somewhere I read that Adsense may put a ban on accounts if we use them on video blog no matter if videos are created by own.
What you guys think is it wise to use them on video blogs.
also one more question
what if I post these videos on youtube also I have adsense running on youtube account also. will youtube or adsense have any problem if I use those videos(embeded) on my sites too that running adsense running.
