Backlinks that Goolge Cannot See (?)

Hi,
We all knew back in 2003 that Google could not see/did not display backlinks from dynamically-generated pages. That's not the same case today or... is it?
I've seen backlinks containing "?", but recently when checking my sites I did notice a wicked thing: it couldn't see any of my (most-worked-for, most-hoped-for) backlinks, which had the formula:
I am also wondering about .aspx pages - whether Google can see links on them.
These are rare case, as most links I get from .htm and .php pages, but There are some highly important ones exactly like that question mark variant I wrote about a few lines higher...
