Free images needed for my new websites.

Hello members,

I'm looking for some free images for my new websites. I'd search engines for this and got few websites. But just want to know , Is there any COPYRIGHT issue for using these FREE images. Can I edit image name or size before using them.

I don't want any see issue regarding free images usage.
Do you have any suggestion ?

    You can find some images for free usage on Flickr.
    Well, the best way to find out is to read the terms of the image hosting. Usually they put there all the information regarding usage, changes and credits. They may vary from site to site a lot.

    I think there's an option in Google Image Search for this as well, but so far I haven't had any problems with using random images.

    If you use free images, you're totally safe then, you can edit them too in most cases, depending on the source.

    check "royalty free" images on istockphoto or gettyimages .

    OP what your looking for is called Public Domain images.

    Be careful on Flickr, those free images usually have individual requirements created by the photographer (free doesn't always mean Public Domain), example, they might want you to have a backlink below the image pointing back to the photographers Flickr profile page. Also keep in mind that just because a Flickr image is free to use, the photographer might still have a copyright on the image/s.
