Question about spintax using multiple URLs

Hello. I offer a Q & A Fiverr service, and am able to use spintax with my software. I have a client that wants to use 100 different questions, 100 different answers, and different URLs for each answer. He wants to make sure that the questions and answers are going to line up so they make sense. When you use spintax, does it rotate each word or set of words in order, or does it randomly use them? In other words, If I use 100 different questions and 100 different answers with different URLs for each answer, will they all match up? Hopefully my question makes sense...

    If you do:

    {question 1|question 2|question 3}
    {answer 1|answer 2|answer 3}
    {url 1|url 2|url 3}

    you will get jumbled up results. You will need to do something like:

    {question1 answer1 url1|question2 answer2 url2|question3 answer3 url3}

    or if they want different urls per question/answer:

    {question1 answer1|question2 answer2|question3 answer3}
    {url1|url2|url3}

    Something like that anyways
