Which is more important to Google for rankings?

GEO domain...DenverDentist.com OR
USING the city (Denver) in the TITLE (on SERPS)

    I would imagine most "real" dentists don't really care.
    They are in the phonebook, google places, they
    advertise, etc. Heck, I even seem 'em on TV!
    Go figure.

    The answer is, it's a moot point.

    If you do the nonsense anyway, take it to the max.
    Put denver and colorado in there, because there are
    quite a few denvers in the US.

    I would never see a dentist who relies on SEO for any
    level of business.
