SEO techniques are the great way to get back link for your site .
SEO techniques such as , Forum posting , Blogs posting, directory submitting , social book marking ,article writing are the great way to get high quality back links .
But you should chose high PR sites for this purpose ,
If you can not work on these techniques then you should hair a SEO company .

In order to get high quality b link, I think article submission would b effective idea. Coz forum underlying signsture is not enough. U should work on a bit more such as directories, press release etc.

In order to get high quality links with high PR, search for relevant blogs with high PR in your niche and contact them for guest blogging opportunities. This is my favorite method of getting backlinks.
You may also go for distribution of articles and press releases to high PR directories: apart from linking potential they have, articles and press releases work for raising awareness and for establishing reputation for brand or services in your particular niche. For article submission I use Web 2.0. sites, to name just a few: Squidoo, HubPages, Posterous, Tumblr, Blogspot, Wetpaint, Wikispaces, Skyrock, Weebly etc.
To me it also sounds reasonable to aim at increasing natural shares via social media platforms: although these links don’t pass any link juice to your site, Google still includes these social signals in its ranking algorithm.

Other ways to find good quality links:

- Look for guest post opportunities on real sites

- Paid web directory listings, important to know is that you check the category where your link will end up on first. Check how many links there are already and the PR of that page. Often you'll find web directories that offer a paid listing for $5,- but that also has tons of free listings, those are not very effective, however there are also web directories that charge like $60 and that don't offer any free listings and so I found some strong PR5 and PR6 ones where your link ends up on a PR4 page with only 3-4 OBL, which is not that bad of a deal.

- Alternatively you can buy or rent high PR blog posts from different providers, just make sure you don't use a 100+ blog post spam service where all sites are hosted on C-class IP's and surrounded by spun content. Less = better, these days.

The best way is to buy expired domains with a high PR, put some content on it and link back to your site.

There are several ways to find those domains, one of the sites that you can use for free is Expired Domains with PR, Backlinks and more completely FREE, better paid alternatives are for example:

Search for Domains with Pagerank at Registercompass
FreshDrop.net - The Domain Search Engine

That way you can filter through the whole GoDaddy auction database as well as other domain auctions.

Make sure to check the back links with one of the following services:

- Ahrefs
- Majestic SEO
- Spyglass
- Open Site Explorer (doesn't show to many links but does always shows the good ones)

That way you guarantee yourself that the PR isn't fake as fake PR checkers are not reliable enough.

There are also cheaper ways to find dropped domains, in short it go's like this (assuming you own Scrapebox)

1: Scrape PR4 or PR5+ pages
2: Scrape the outbound links from these pages
3: Do a 404 check and Alive check on these links that you scraped
4: Trim the dead links to the root
5: Filter out all nonsense like web2.0's, edu, gov sites, sub domains

As you filtered out the nonsense and trimmed all url's to the root you should now have a list of domains that you can run through a bulk domain availability checker.

And each of these domains that are available have PR4 or PR5 back links as that's where you found those links in the first place. Do make sure to install a link juice keeper plugin or setup a 404 or 301 redirect to maintain the link juice.

It's a pretty cheap alternative as you can find PR2's, PR3's and sometimes even PR4's for just the registration fee.

Hey this is Golden! Would you be willing to give a tiny bit more detail on the implementation of this in Scrapebox? I mean, what footprint do you use to scrape in step 1, for example?

My opinion for the OP: all the opinions described here are valuable for SEO, although I may not agree with certain points, like "submitting articles will get your good quality backlinks". This is not really true for the most part, but that doesn't make it any less important for diversity etc.

I agree 100% with nik0 - aged domains with high PR are definitely first prize.

I agree 100% with nik0 - aged domains with high PR are definitely first prize.

Be creative with the footprint, many people have done this already so by just picking a standard footprint with 1 basic keyword won't get you too far.

One tip that I can give you is to add a date to the footprint, like 2007, 2006, 2005 as back in the days there weren't too many domain brokers so that's why those domains are available to grab.

This is a method that Hayden shared on his blog some months ago, Google him I would say and he explains it in a bit more detail. This was just a quick write up of it.

To get high quality back link you need to submit it to the sites which have high pr. The sites with higher page rank will ensure you the good quality site.

What I recommend to obtain high quality PR backlinks is to offer Guest Posting services on releated blogs. You should also be creating manual links from Web 2.0's, social bookmarks, blog comments, social signals (tweets, Google +1's) with unique content.

You don't need hundreds of fake links any more it is all about quality over quantity.

One of the best and quickest ways to generate traffic to your website but also high quality links is to submit a Press Release to a premium Press Release distribution company like PRWeb or PRnewswire, this can help tremendously

I find all my highpr links with scrapebox. And I'm always sure to leave long, natural comments on them.

What also helps is building your own network of minisites/web 2.0. You build up your money site with content first, then don't link it to anything. Give it time to gain google trust. As you're doing this, build up your minisites/web 2.0 with backlinks.

Blogspot, tumblr, wordpress can all take a lot of backlinks. After a few months, start linking them to your money site.

What I'm also doing (for the first time) is picking up expired domains. I plan on building them up with content and backlinking to my money site.

I heard someone also say at one point, that you can 301 any site with a high pr (regardless of whether its in your niche or not) to your money site. And apparently this can give you a boosting in the SERPS too.

So right now I'm experimenting with many different things. All and all I'm trying to keep things as relevant as possible. Because I notice some of my competitors who are ranking best, all have highly relevant links to their site, moreso than high pr links.
