where to post your articles?

many of you are looking for the list of sites which are accepting your articles.
here is my list of more then 500 sites and sorted by PR.

Great list but some are press releases and could have some stingy restrictions for submission... I like EZ

As most of the traffic comes from the top articles directories , I would prefer to use the opt once for submission .

I used the article directory list at directorycritic. Earlier it was periodically updated don't know whats the current scenario

I believe Ezinearticles, Goarticles, and Buzzle are the best article resources to submit your articles to.

  Buzzle is a good traffic source, but you need to submit unique articles. Meaning you can't submit to other article directories if you want to submit to Buzzle. Submit to buzzle first, then distribute to the rest. Same for Ezinearticles.

Submitting to many directories is the best route for SEO? It outweighs the penalties I assume search engines inflict when the same content appears repeatedly?

Also, is it a bad move to put the same articles you submitted to article sites on your blog?
