Adding Twitter, Google +1 and Facebook Like help Seo

Hi Guys,

Would adding Facebook Like Button, Google +1 and twitter buttons help ranking on google. Or seeing as it's mostly javascript do the opposite?

    It will no help you out in getting rankings for the website but only can boost your traffic. For better exposure, one has to update social networking icons in the website.

    using java script is not a problem. but we have to avoid java script while making backlinks.

    Like Button, Google +1 and twitter buttons ,, helps to get nofollow backlinks if some one add them while surfing on your site.

    It is a nice idea to add these buttons. It will help you share your website content. It's good to get some traffic to your site. It won't help you with any rankings though.
