For Tier 1s and 2s, Should I Use Different Accounts/Emails?

I'm curious about this.

Say for blogger, I have 1 blog that I use for my tier 1, which is much better quality content, and much better overall.

Then I have a second blog in that same account, as part of my tier 2, that is mostly spun content, linking to blog 1.

Say blogger ever got pissed off at me, because I was doing too many links for blog 2, what are the chances of them taking out the entire account? Which would include both blogs?

Is that a real risk, or am I being paranoid?
Before I build out my second tiers any further, I'm wondering if I should just register completely new accounts with new emails.

Thank you! - Red

I would not post spun or low quality content as part of any account that I care about. I wouldn't let on to any sort of spun activity as part of any account that I value. Really I would remove the 2nd blog w/ the spun content and link, and do anything related to 'tier 2' on separate accounts.
