Good alternatives to Adsense

I have just done a quick search and cant find something directly related to my question here.

I have a site, and just applied for adsense to be implemented to earn some money. Adsense have disapproved my site due to lack of content but I am getting a relatively growing stream of visits.

I want to know what are GOOD alternatives to Googles Adsense?

Any experiences you can comment on?

Thanks

  • Take a look at Bidvertiser, although I don't think that there's any single direct alternative to Adsense that will get you the same earnings. There's a large list of alternatives here - Alternatives to Google's Adsense Contextual Advertising Program

Depending on the type of site, you could use Amazon or eBay ads to earn a commission from. If your visitors are highly targeted to the niche, then affiliate offers could make you more money than Adsense style ads. You could even use something like clickbank Ad Rotator, to have affiliate offers with the look & feel of Adsense ads.

Btw if you don't already have an opt-in form on your site, that should be your main priority before worrying about ads.

Hi InfoMarket. I'm new to all this and working hard to learn. WHY is an "opt-in form" so important, what is it, how does one make the best use of it, etc.?

      Thanks!

I think Chitika is second best for content ads, but it is a distant second.

If you do not have much content, you are not going to make anything even with the best possible affiliate programs regardless. Build your content first!!!

Try infolinks. I made my first income with them and the way they display has a better click-through rate(they look like part of your actual site).

I think Adsense is best and there is no comparison between others.

Perhaps he is trying to tell you to brush up your site and apply again.

There are actually CPM programs that often pay higher than Adsense, especially for large sites with low CTR such as forums. However, these networks are very choosy on which sites to accept. I am talking about networks such as Burst Media, Casale Media and Tribal Fusion.

Of course Adsense is the strongest and definitely the best looking at the big picture, they're Google after all ! But if you drill down Adsense is really good and hands down the best for more content based sites, with that there is a whole world out there that Adsense can't provide a solution for. A lot of the publishers in Adbrite were in Adbrite for that reason, either they were Google slapped , or didn't meet the standards. We're (in Qadabra) seeing a really big surge of publishers heading our way that make higher eCPMs than they could with Google, or they join us just for their rich media needs. With that we also have publishers that leave us since they can make more money in Google. It's all about finding the right fit for your site, and making sure you are getting the best eCPMs possible.

If you're getting good traffic, try selling ad space on sites like buysellads

In my opinion, Adsense sucks and it gets worse by the year haha

    Hi,

It's good to have a mix.

Regarding affiliate offers, you can begin educating yourself here:

Also, why not pay to get 30 or so articles (maybe less) done for your site so that you can meet the content requirement to use adsense?

It really depends what niche you're in.

If you want almost the same thing, tehre is adbrite, but their CPC is way lower.

Otherwise, you can use affiliate offer. I.E: Clickbank, amazon, CJ, CPA, ect.

If you're visitors are targeted enough, you can get some bacon

There's no alternative to Adsense, the usual links folks post are junk compared to Adsense earnings.

Create your own product or sell the traffic to same niche sites.

If you don't have content, what are you doing, driving traffic to a blank page?
