Is giving outgoing l or Backlinks to another websites is ok ?

Hey warriors , i am here with new query as i am running one designing websites and concern blogs on blogger & wordpress, so my question is that blog commentators are giving comments on my blogs with their links in keywords .

So my question that if i am providing outgoing links and approving relevant comments of another websites or webmasters on blogs so Is it right or not ?

Does providing or approving the links of other blog commentors on my blog , affect my site & If it is - How it will affect ?

So In brief tell me the good and right procedure of approving the links of other webmasters to our website & blogs or any other place, that is actually good for our websites ?

Please put alight with your relevant answers so it can be useful for all.

    >> It's right, but before you approve the comment do take little time to verify the link that is present in the comment. It can be porn or anything crap.

    Does providing or approving the links of other blog commentors on my blog , affect my site & If it is - How it will affect ?
    >> Once you approve a comment (with link into it) & if you keep that link as No follow then, then original blogs link juice wont be shared with the comment maker's site. If its Do follow then it will be shared.

    So In brief tell me the good and right procedure of approving the links of other webmasters to our website & blogs or any other place, that is actually good for our websites ?
    >> Always consider a good comment with Good link, If your content is really good then you can expect really genuine comments & if not then you may consider approving "OK" comments with links in them. Getting comments approved with similar niches are considered quite good.

    First of all thanks for your concern, punit . now if the links are good and from related niches then i can approve the comments , as i always use to submit quality content at we2.0 sites or at any place .

    Once you approve a comment (with link into it) & if you keep that link as No follow then, then original blogs link juice wont be shared with the comment maker's site. If its Do follow then it will be shared.

      Here are my answers:

      As you have told about dofollow comments , if the comments are good and from related niches on my quality content Then Do the number of nofollow links in terms of quantity affect my site wither in any good way or bad way.
      >> No follow comments with links in quantity wont hurt you in any way, just the page load time may increase.

      And my last one query do any site have to give outgoing backlinks to any other website , Is there any quality limit - you guide me for giving out links through my websites , blogs to others.
      >> Now here, if you are giving No follow links in comment then its count doesn't matter, but if the comments are dofollow then I would say prefer approving related/niche comments with links, as it becomes imp.

    You can approve comments with links to the sites which have high PR or the authority is very good. Also checking the site's relevancy is important.
