[Searching] Where to get high quality Links (Newspaper Website, high rankings websites and so on)

Hi,
anyone can give me a contact from whom i can buy high quality links. In germany i have contacts to buy articles from big newspapers and other high ranking websites. I am looking for the same from USA/english websites.

I dont look for the kind of links offered here at WF and i dont look for standart Blog Network. Basicly i want to buy articles on real ranking websites.

      Mostly health and general type. Basicly i am looking for backlinks from real websites.

      In germany there are seller/reseller who offer huge lists from decent websites to buy articles for onetime payments. I guess real seo agencies in the usa dont buy linkwheels and bookmarks but also need quality links. So there must be some sellers. I have no problems with signing a NDA ofc.

    If you are looking for high authority sites like webmd.com then contact them in private and propose your idea/request. It's hard to find anyone on forum who will be offering an article on a very established website for cheap. You need to find the industry leaders and contact in private.
