Do you buy expiring or expired high PR domains?

When buying high pr domains for backlinks do you buy domains that are at auction and expiring or do you buy register domains that just got dropped?

    It's incredibly difficult to find good high PR domains that have been recently deleted and are available for registration. They're out there, but get snatched up quickly. So I'd say I by 95% of my high PR domains either through auction or through a broker. And occasionally find a deleted one I can pick up.

    You can check out GoDaddy auctions. I frequently check these out. They have some good domains with nice PR's
