Whats the best backlink checker?

Backlinkwatch hasn't updated my link info in a long time, was wondering what I could use to get up to date results? Thanks!

I prefer AHREF and Google Webmaster tool. Ahref is paid, while you can use Google webmaster tool for free.

previously we used to use Backlink Checker, Yahoo Site Explorer Alternative Tool 2012 but there is some problem with it from last month..
it was a superb tool..

Google webmasters seems to be more accurate for me than SEO SpyGlass, Backlink Watch OR ahrefs.

For one thing, they are finding the most links right now.

  Webmaster Tools is ALWAYS going to find more links than any other tool. Google has far more resources to crawl and index the internet than any of those other tools.
  
  The downside of WMT is that it only will give you the links for your sites. You cannot checkup on competitors.
  
  For competition analysis, the best solution is to use OSE, Ahrefs, and Majestic. Download all the links they have. Then import everything in SpyGlass (along with the links SpyGlass finds) for analysis.

Unfortunately there is no such thing as a Perfect backlinks backchecker as you will never see all of your backlinks no matter what back link checker is used.

My vote goes to Google Webmaster & Traffic Travis (paid)...

Anyhow, I usually record my backlinks on excel sheet, so I don't want to rely on other tools. However, if I am in a position of doing analysis for competitors backlinks, I used to use those tools..

Majestic SEO & SEO Spyglass are my flavors and get the job done but I agree with Mr Freidman. Google is unrivaled if you want granular data about your backlinks.
