Index issue

Hello SEO experts
Almost a month ago I create a affiliate site and submit webmaster for index but it is not index yet.I dont know what happens.
For indexing i create few social bookmarking,share google+,share facebook,twitter and also pinterest but still same problem.
Oh my domain is very new ..........no one use this yet..............so i dont understand why google is not index yet............
Now i want some tips .Actually how can i solve this issue...................

    Did you block search engines on your robot or on any other settings? - Usually people do this during design phase of the website....

      Robots.txt is ok ............i edit that before submit search engine........

      and i tried everything like forum posting ,profiling,blog commenting ....................now i am confused .................is my domain is banded by google................if that happens how can i check it and how can i overcome that issue.....................

    I think the most important here is you keep posting new content into your site. Not so much but keep the frequency. If the social network didnt work, so try some forum. Try to get some backlink from trusted forum, in my case it help me alot

    If you sign up for Google Webmaster Tools and add your site, you'll immediately see a message if it's been penalized or de-indexed.

    The key to getting indexed quickly is getting a backlink from a high PR site that itself is re-indexed frequently. The types of posting you did on forums, profiles, comments, etc. are usually not high PR pages. They'll get indexed at some point but probably not immediately.

    Submit sitemap to Google webmaster account and send index request from there.
