Google result is not same for whole country

One of my keyword is city specific and second one keyword is generic,
But when i searched it through Google UK,result is different and if i searched it with set location London my result is different please help

    Search engines are dynamic and you will get different results based on the location you search from, whether you are searching from Google.com or Google.co.uk, whether you are logged into your Google or Gmail accounts, whether you visit the site frequently (ie; haven't erased your history/cookies), etc.

    Try to search through one constant medium to monitor any fluctuations in your rankings. Personally I like to use a software called RankTracker. I believe it has a free version available.

    As dadamson mentions, search engines (especially Google) are more frequently basing their SERP’s on user location as well as social signals and previous browsing behavior. If you are trying to see where your site is ranking for certain keywords, try using a third party tool like Rank Tracker or something similar.

    Check out this post on the Venice update which allowed Google to more accurately gauge a user’s location to deliver more relevant results.
