Need Help Wth SEO for Firefox,Please!

I've had SEO for FF for several years and disabled it way back when because I could not get it to function "at all".
Enabled it last night, updated the extension and browser, made sure it was enabled and still does not work when on the SERPS. I've also refreshed browser numerous times with no luck at all.
Posted this same question on the SEO for FF support site but have not received a reply yet.
It's like it's being blocked or something, just can't get this figured out and would really appreciate some advise.
