I have only one site & have monetized it through adsense. I am driving traffic to my site through social medias, like, fb, pinterest, twitter & stumble upon. My question is: "Is getting traffic through social medias like this OK with Googles or they ban the account for this reason or in any way if they dislike this.

As long as you do not ask people from social media sites to click on the ad, it is fine. However, it would still be a good idea to have some organic traffic.

But some of them will click on their own. What in that case?

For example, you are posting or promoting your website in your facebook page.... never ask people to visit your site and click on ads. Or, anything that makes Google think you are luring people to click on your ads. Adsense have a complex system in place to monitor activities.

Just make sure everything is natural. A small mistake you'll make, there is no turning back and telling Google, "I didn't mean to do that".

Having lots of traffic from social media is not grounds for a ban, it's when some unusual activity starts to happen coming from those sources, that's the only time they would actually look into it to check for any questionable activities.

Getting a lot of traffic from social media is way better than having to rely solely on SERPS.
