One Page, Multiple Focus Keywords?

a little help here? I'm fairly new to the world of IM...
I reside in the Netherlands, so I have a affiliate site targeted to a Dutch audience... about "Losing weight".

My page is ranked pretty high on 1 focus keyword, which i setup in wordpress... but this is not the primary keyword within the niche...

The question now, is it possible to rank 1 single site for multiple focus keywords?

Is there anyone, who can enlighten me on this matter in the world of SEO?

    You can rank a site for many different keywords but in order to do this you need to spread out your keywords on the page then start backlinking leaving anchor text backlinks to your site. Use as many different forms of anchors as you can because this will look more natural in Google eyes. Add social media (Like) buttons onto your site because social media is becoming more of a ranking method nowadays.

    Larryboy has the right idea about spreading out your keywords however I think he meant spread them out amongst your pages. You will want to choose a target keyword and its variants to put on each page of your site.

    Check it out; search engines rank pages and not websites. When a user enters a search query, a search engine returns relevant documents (individual pages) and not websites. Therefore, you must optimize each page for the keyword that you want it to rank for. For the best results, a page must only be about the target keyword. Place that phrase or word in the title tag and meta description of the page, in header tags and in the copy of the page keeping density in mind (typically 2% is good). Backlinks to that page that contain keyword phrases as anchor text you are targeting is also very powerful.
