I believe at least some of those voucher code offers (very high, over $75-$100) are bogus.

As of the date of this post, one source for a legitimate Bing Ads voucher code, for $100, is here:

That particular Yahoo/Bing promotion is over. The Yahoo rep I spoke to even told me they were supposed to take it off the Small Business page back in the winter and he has no idea why it's still up there. Lol
