From last one year after the penguin released, there are lots of directory sites, social bookmarks sites and forum sites are count in spam. I got lots of links from these type of sites and lost my ranking. Now i am only taking the backlinks from blog posts and good article sites. I think this is the best way to get the backlinks. What you say?

I agree. The best kinds of links to have are from other authority blogs in your niche. Guest posting has been (and always will be) a great way of getting high-quality links from blogs that get you both traffic and SEO benefit.

But, it can be time consuming.

Guest posting is one of the most effective ways to generate strong backlinks, drive traffic and brand your business. The challenge is to produce highly interesting articles. An average article will not land on a quality blog.
