IMHO, the best way to get a list of sites that allow dofollow links is to use software that automates the task. Here's why:

Although there are plugins for Firefox/Chrome that let you visually "see" whether or not links on a site are dofollow, it takes a lot of time to actually find these sites to begin with.

Software that automates the whole process, however, makes it much easier. But, it can be hard to find a good software that does this.

In the report linked in my signature, I talk about a wordpress plugin that not only finds dofollow authority blogs in your niche, but also builds links on those sites, all on 100% autopilot.

However, that solution may not be right for you.

If you JUST want to find these sites, and NOT build backlinks on them automatically, here's how you can do it:

1) Install SEOQuake on Firefox or Google Chrome
2) Search in Google for keyword terms like "your niche" blog
3) SEOQuake will highlight nofollow links, so you'll be able to instantly see whether or not you can get a dofollow link on that blog.

Like I said, this process can be tedious and time-consuming, but for your purposes, it should work just fine.
