Private Blog Network Interlinking Advice

Hi guys,
I need some advice on interlinking between hosts on a private blog network. Trying to make a diagram so i can keep track of it all but its getting confusing and i am not sure how to get the maximum effect from my PBN.
I have 3 host accounts (all different hosting companies and IP's)
I have 4 high PR blogs (covering 3 categories - money, travel, health)
I have 10 Money sites (covering same 3 categories)
I'm not sure how to setup the linking to get the most benefit from the high PR blogs? I've searched all over the forum and others looking for a diagram but without success.
Any help/advice appreciated
