Blogspot into Domain .com Any Changes?

Hi Warriors..

I am having blogspot.in domain as: Latest Movie Reviews | Tamil | Telugu | Hindi | Kannada | Malayalam | English | Bollywood | Kollywood | Hollywood nearly its having more than 20,000 visitors per month.. Some of the major keywords are ranked at 1st position in Google..

So, i need to change my blogspot.in in to .com paid domain by using blogger custom domain change.. I have more doubt in changing such sub-domain to domain..

While changing the domain, if it will affect my ranking, visitors and every thing as negative for me.?

      I am not earning anything from blog... so for earning purpose only, i am going to move to paid domain...

      If Ranking will get change? Is any drop in visitors?
