Adsense ad not showing

Hi all.. i have a weird issue with a 728x15 adsense adblock, you know the thin adsense sneaky textline that you can place under your navigation in the bottom of the header.

Here's my problem..
The ad doesn't show on my homepage, it shows as blanc.
It shows on ANY other pages/posts.
Whenever i try to switch my homepage in the wordpress menu, the new page i selected becomes homepage and ad still not showing on it, but the old-homepage that is now just another page, does have the ad working on it.

It's the weirdest thing.. any page or post i select as homepage makes the ad not showing on it.

Anyone any idea?

When it comes to adsense I have noticed that the home page links take a a while to start generating ads, its weird but I discovered that on a old youtube converter website I sold back in the day. How long have you had the ad block on the home page for?

2 days now, but i constantly keep changeing the homepage in the hope it will magically fix it somehow haha but nothing seems to be working!

How long shall i wait according to you? Also forgot to tell but my domainname + title include the word "alcohol", could this be the issue why adsense isnt generating ads? Forbidden word or something? ... The website is about alcohol rehabs so it's not like i am promoting alcohol or anything lol :p

    Oke a little update:

I tryed changeing the theme, ad still not showing on homepage.
I tryed the same adsense code on frontpages of other websites of mine, there it works!?! wtf

My own explanation, (please correct me if i am wrong):
This is my only website where i purchased a domain and used the hosting of another of my websites. So its kind off forwarded but not trough 301 or anything like that.
My point is could this be some kind of hosting conflict, because on any of my other websites who have their own hosting the ad shows. On this one it doesnt, no matter what theme i use!
It still does show at any other page/post beside the homepage.

    Extra question:
So the ad doesnt show for the homepage.
What if i create a page lets say www.keyword.com/keyword/ and put my actual content for that keyword into that page instead of at the homepage of my website, will that page rank even easy?

I don't know what you mean by kinda forwarded. Either it is
or it's not. The destination page would be where you put the
      adsense code.

One reason why I tell people over and over, to stop using
WP. It makes coding a pain in the butt. And the best way
to code adsense, is stick it right where you want it. But
some WP coding can make this dang near impossible to
do right. So, you have a disappearing act.

Hosting would have nothing to do with it.

      Explain "kinda forwarded."

    Well ill try to explain:

I got 1 website with business hosting that allows me to host up to 3 websites.
I bought this new domain (at the same hosting company) and wanted to merge it with the business account so i can host it there.
I opened the Control Panel on my business hosting, went to "add new domain" filled in the domain and done. After that the hosting automatically made a new folder on the FTP where i had to put my website files. That is all.
So i tought perhaps that had something to do with it.

No, I suspect what is happening is the WP code.
All that CSS crap is painful.

Is the page framed in any way? If the adsensebot cannot
crawl the page for content, it will not show any ads.

      Is the page blocking robots?

If the ads show on other pages, the domain is okay. I
was at first going to suggest a domain disable.

If the site is new, maybe you can delete everything and
start over. Try a different CMS other than WP.

      Or, just hand code.

Framed like what? I am trying to use the HeatMap Pro5 theme build for adsense. All ad fields are set as widgets i place my codes in. I got 2 adsense blocks showing and 1 that doesnt show, but only on the homepage. it shows on any other page, its the 728x15 text ad that people often place under their navigation bar.

The weird thing is.. when i make an article and open it trough my browser as like i am browsing the site, the ad shows! When i place that article or even post (tried both) as static homepage, ad dissapears. just tryed copying the website to one of my other older websites, copied the theme, the articles/posts. the ad codes everything. When i open that old website now the ad shows only on the homepage but not on the other pages, this is some bizzare sh#t... ive been pokeing my eyes out the last 4 days trying to fix this but without any results..

Then your most likely adding the code on the WP Admin. page & not inserting Adsense directly in the WP template files.

I believe that's a paid theme, a better idea is to simply contact the theme seller, did you pay money for theme support?

WP isn't much different than regular HTML/PHP.

Add a placemarker plain text phrase (ex: 123456) wherever you want Adsense to show in your template file, save the template file, open a new tab on the browser to verify the plain text placemarker shows up. If you haven't placed the placemarker text inside a PHP if/endif you should be good to go. Go back & swap out the plain text placemarker with the Adsense code. Done.

If you can't see the plain text placemarker, you'll never see the Adsense, because you've placed the code in the wrong place.

The easiest way to prove Adsense works on your site is to go to the Wordpress footer.php file, then place the Adsense code 1 line above the closing </body> tag. Open a new browser tab & verify Adsense shows. Done.

I noticed this too. There are several sites I usually visits (wordpress and blogspot) shows ads in some pages but not on other pages Its just simply not normal. I have also one domain name who actually experience this. Good thing not my money site. Actually I noticed this late January. If this situation or posts increases we can say there is update on the adsense system or adword system ? I don't know.
