Looking For a Wordpress Plugin That Can Publish Posts On My Own Wordpress Sites?

Hi Warriors, I have 12 websites hosted on different hosting accounts. All are wordpress sites. I usually post contents on those sites weekly basis. Well now the problem is its really tedious job as I have to login to 12 times and then post contents.

Now my question is, is there any good plugin or tool that can post articles, pictures, videos etc. on separate websites from just one place?

I am looking for a free or very low priced solution. Any kind of help will be highly appreciated!

Not sure whether or not cmscommander is what you are looking for.
